yin yoga, sound bath + candles

Do you need some cocooning as we come to winter's end and move towards spring? Alisonne will be holding a Yin Yoga workshop with some time for a yoga nidra session, accompanied by candlelight and the gentle sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.
On the program: calm, softness, dreaminess, poetry and live music, to dive deep into the experience of Yin.

Mastering knife skills is essential for increasing your speed and pleasure in the kitchen. There's a technique to learn that will boost your capacity to produce delicious, beautiful meals in no time. The bonus for this class: you'll go home with your pre-cut vegetables for a meal or two in the days ahead!
shoulder and rib cage workshop

In this workshop, Sophie will study the thoracic-scapular-brachial complex, an ensemble of joints more complex than the simple word "shoulder" implies. Often under or incorrectly used, this zone is a common source of injury. With precise, conscious and detailed postural work, we can strengthen this zone, use it better and avoid numerous problems.
