• run by real people in a complicated world
• a peaceful oasis to come back to body-mind harmony

• 100% independent, working with no platforms
• open to all with accessible classes in a variety of styles of yoga
our kitchen

• a place to explore both food theory and techniques to grow in autonomy in the kitchen
• a chance to spend share a home-cooked meal with others who share your values
• a great gift idea: you can offer a gift certificate and let the recipient chose the class
art exhibition
Senêt Weber, one of the founders of NATA, made his career as a painter beginning in the 1980s. For the first time, he is opening his studio in order to show a selection of work, principally paintings but also a few drawings.
The exhibition will be free and open to the public at 43 rue de la Plaine, 75020, at the back of the courtyard, the last door (red) on the right.
indian cooking
Thursday November 27

Pamela wants to share what she has learned over the years about Indian cuisine with you. New ingredients and new flavors to discover! Besan, jaggery, methi, sukhdi - learning a new cuisine is like learning a new language. Learn the techniques and mixtures used in northwestern India.
back comfort workshop
What are the specific stretching and strenghtening exercises that contribute to back comfort and injury prevention? We will be focused on the back and everything linked to the spine and musculature of this key part of the body.
a short break
Pamela will be in India at the end of the year. She's planning to bring back lots of recipes and tips for a new year of cooking classes in 2026, but the schedule of cooking classes is taking a little break.
You can sign up for our newsletter to be the first to read about her trip and new dates as they are added to the schedule.
welcoming winter
Come explore the complementarity of dynamic, gentle, and still practices, and welcome the rhythms of winter. Alisonne and Ariane invite you to join them for a gentle and revitalizing blend of yoga and sound bath.
